ShedRain Compact Folding Umbrella

I needed a compact umbrella for a trip but hesitated to buy yet another umbrella that would break after one or two uses. This one touted a special design that intrigued me and they stand behind it with a lifetime guarantee; which tells me they are confident that it will not break. It arrived super-fast and it is a sturdy, great quality umbrella. The color I bought, a wisteria-colored purple, is very nice. I did find that if you use it, then release it to come down, you can't just pop it back up without fully engaging it back into the handle first. In other words, you can't just rest it down and then raise it up again; you have to fully close it or it won't lock open. I think that may be why the reviewers that said it only worked once or twice thought it was defective. They really should make that clear, because that's what I thought at first until I figured that out.Give it a try, it's a nice umbrella. It's plenty big when in use, but not as compact or light as I had expected. Even so, I am happy with my purchase.

The only drawback is that it is rather heavy to carry, but it feels very solid and shouldn't turn inside out when it's windy.

I am happy with the purchase of this umbrella. It's easy to open and close with the push of a button. And the umbrella has a large coverage area to keep you dry. Works well. Is affordably priced. Seems like a good quality. I would recommend it.

Was tired on purchasing cheap umbrellas that break as soon as the wind hits them. This is the 2nd Shedrain umbrella I've purchased, not bc anything happened to my first one, but bc nothing happened to my first one. Yeah, they're worth the money.

Small enough to carry around. Large enough to protect aganst the rain.

Picked this company because of their ecological values. Lifetime warranty and local small business status was also appealing

Recently rained here in LA and couldn’t be happier with this umbrella. I enjoyed the easy open and close with one bottom, no more struggling to close it.

Wonderful umbrella. I hope Gorilla Tape can repair the rip. Amazon return/replace effort murky, unhelpful.

Lo compre en noviembre del 2023, realmente lo vine a ocupar hasta junio del 2024, y es genial, se siente muy fuerte y eficiente. Amo mi paraguas!

Es muy frágil, se descompuso muy rápido y ya no se puede cambiar porque esta fuera de garantia
