Its impossible to know if these things really work but I feel like I have averted a full bout of sickness by taking this when I start feeling run down or have been around sick people. One example was my friend had really bad flu and me and my girlfriend were in a car with him, I took this (and other supplements including "wellness formula" and glutamine) she didn't, and she got sick and I didn't, as I said it could be a coincidence but I don't think it is because similar things have happened in the past. Worth a try for sure.

I use the all the time when I feel the crud creeping up! I have a weak immune system due to a long term illness. This has been recommended by a homeopathic doctor. It is supposed to work similar to antibiotics.All I know is since I’ve taken one a day I don’t get sick as often.
