I was not aware that this item was a part and not the whole …. Never once did it say it’s was a component and as it could not be returned was an absolute waste of money, the pictures that went with the advertisement suggested to me that it was the whole thing, if nothing else it has taught me to read the reviews because that would have prevented me from buying.

I bought the Dyson airwrap went it first came out, I bought this to have an extra volumizing brush. I checked the part # and it is manufactured by Dyson. On the original Dyson site it’s only $39 so if you have access to Dyson.com I suggest you go there.
