Today's Curtain Gabrielle Valance, 70" Width x 16" Length, Black

Love the black and cream colors together. I was a little skeptical about getting them to lay right but they were pretty easy to hang and get them to lay right. Had to play a little but they really are a statement piece to my newly furnished living room

I received these valances within 2 days of ordering which I find amazing. I think they are excellent quality for the money and make a bold statement in my kitchen which is what I wanted. I began by reading many of the other customer reviews before I made my purchase and now I would like to add what I found after hanging them. I have one 37" width by 39" high double hung window in my kitchen and thought I might need 2 valances for it on one rod. It turns out it looks great with one valance but I then decided to hang the other one on a separate rod below the first like another poster had a photo of and I think it looks great! I might add that the higher rod is actually placed 7" on the wall above the window frame. You need to take that in consideration to make them fit perfectly on the top half of the window. I also wanted to put them in the bay window in my kitchen which have three narrow 23" widths and on the recommendation from another reviewer who said they worked for her 23" windows I decided to give it a shot and they look great too! One other thing is that the white is a pure white just like the photo shows, not off white in any way.

These curtains are very well made of great fabric even. I did return them as I couldn’t achieve a pleasant look, maybe because of my window size? 🤷‍♀️ I played around many times over a few days because I loved them, just didn’t love how they hung for meI would recommend them to friends so there’s that….

I just put these curtains up in my kitchen and I am in love with them. I looked for weeks for the "right" valance and almost bought another pair for 3x the price at another site and I'm so glad I didn't. These are so much better!!! They are a sturdy, thick cotton (I believe the material is called the rather non-glamourous "duck") and they look exactly like the picture. I agree with the other poster who said it is worth the time to tease out the material to get the draping effect you want; it does take a bit of patience. Totally worth it though. I have two different sized windows in my kitchen and while the curtains look great on both, they look even better on the smaller one. If your window is on the larger side of the curtain's listed width, just be aware the gathers will slant in on the edges of your windows. For this reasonable a price, you may just want to get two for a larger window. This is a great buy, I definitely recommend this valance!!!

My window was too wide for just one valance to I had to get two and where they are together in the center, it looks odd. If your window only needs one, I would highly recommend. They were shipped quickly and packaged fine.

I recently wall papered a "Focal Wall" in my dining room and it is very contemporary with black white and silver bold floral pattern. I knew I wanted a blk/white striped valance but couldn't find a one I liked without them looking like "prison stripes" THESE ARE PERFECT!They are a bit time consuming to get right , but are well worth it! Everyone who comes into my home asks where I purchased them, and they are a wonderful quality. I definitely will do business over and over again with this seller. Very happy!
