Wonderfully comfortable, the massager is heaven.

This chair isn't worth the price. Looks nice, but very uncomfortable, slippy fabric means you can't sit in it without slipping out. The heat barley works, the massage is very loud and vibration can be felt throughout the house! You can not return, you have to pay for a courier which is very expensive so not worth it, contacted the seller who offered some money off but not a refund so I'm left with a chair I can not sit on. Not happy with this item or the service received would not recommend

I received my chair today and I’m very pleased with the quality of this product. It was easy to assemble and is comfortable to sit in. The heating and massage components are a bonus. I would recommend it to anyone who requires this type of chair.

We are very pleased with our chair. It was strange at first, as only one box arrived. We emailed the seller who responded quickly and explained the second box will arrive the following day. Sure enough it did. My son and husband had no problem assembling it. The chair is so comfortable and reclines all the way back and the lift tilt is also very good. The extra luxury if course is the massage and heated seat settings. Would highly recommend the chair and company

I had done extensive searches for a suitable electric recliner. This ticked all the boxes for me including the cost.Delivery was not great in that I wasn’t notified it was coming - it arrived 2 days before the earliest date I was given! Fortunately I was at home for both deliveries. I later received a message to say it was to be delivered several days later!Assembly was ok as I’m by myself and in my 70s. Tricky but I managed.Only complaint is that the padding in the seat is not particularly thick for comfort. However it is still really nice and not too large for my space.

The. chair is great as I have already had 2 but this is close to door and when reclined there is no room all the packing was reciceled

This chair looks invitingly soft, unfortunately it is quite firm. It is also very upright if you want to lean it back even a couple of inches, you have the leg rest starting to come out. The massager is just a couple of small plastic balls behind the legs, back n shoulders that shake like mad when activated. One other problem is when tilting the back down the seat does not move forward as in most recliners, you therefore have to have the chair at least a foot away from the wall. Overall not the most comfortable. Ideal for anyone who wants a firm ,upright chair that can rise .
