I had tried another brand which was half this size of this container and it cost almost the same money. That brand just increased their prices within months so was searching for another brand. This one turned out to be a better product. The reason is this one actually pours much easier for those not measuring and need a squirt. Secondly this one seems to taste better mixed in hot drinks. I feel it is gentler on my stomach too not causing any issues like I've had with other brands. it comes in a plastic bottle which can easily be transferred to any glass containers you have. I even fill up a travel size for planes so I can add to my purchased drinks. Overall I've lost 10 pounds intermittent fasting and this helped me to curb my hungers in between.

Oil is great in quality, not much smell of coconut. However, bottle cap fails to prevent oil leak when you pour like other mentioned. Oil will spill on the bottle; then it will be slippery next time you use. Please bring back the old cap.

This is my second bottle of MCT from this company but overall it's my first experience with any MCT. I decided to order again based on the quality and overall effectiveness of the oil.I've been adding 2 tablespoons to my coffee along with 2 tablespoons of grass fed butter for aprox 2.5weeks now. I consider this my breakfast and it typically keeps me full for around four hours or so. My mood, energy and focus have all greatly improved since starting this routine. I did start off only using 1 tablespoon of oil and stepped it up to two after the first week to avoid any side effects which seem to be hit or miss with some folks.Combing the coffee along with a healthy low carb diet and exercise has allowed me to lose around 10lbs so far. Admittedly I was a little skeptical at first but it's working for me so I'm going to keep rolling with it.***Update**** 3/21/17: This is I think my fourth bottle of Natural Force MCT oil. It's a great product and has helped me lose 30 lbs so far in about a 3 month period. It's not a magic product by any means but has helped me tremendously. Taking this in conjunction with a low carb ,high fat diet can and will help you achieve your weight loss goals.

I love this product, but it arrived with a broken lid.

This stuff is great! Since going dairy-free I've been using coconut oil in my morning coffee, I decided to try this MCT oil to amp it up a little and I can definitely feel a difference in my energy level and focus. It has also helped to curb my appetite for a good part of the day. This is a new "must have" for me!
