I know it says it fits cats up to 20lba but mine does not like squishing through small spaces. She is 16lbs (chunky). Will she fit comfortably?

How does the cat get in if door is closed? It says you can.only open from one side, if he gets in how does cat get out?

With no flap to keep odors in, how is this a good option for a door to the bathroom where the little box is located?
