Great product
I love this balance board. In addition to the board they also sent some exercises and a matt to put the balance board on. It is really helping me with my balance.

Great birthday present
I've had one like this for a few years now for my standing desk. Got this one for my parents to have fun on and work on their balance.

Very Sturdy
The platform is 3/4" thick and doesn't bend/flex at all. My one complaint is the width of the platform is too small. I'd like it to be about three inches wider. I use it daily at my sit-stand desk to get some motion in my legs.It came with a small (4" diameter ring. There aren't any instructions or explanation for what this is.If you have carpet, I suggest putting a board under the balance board to prevent the balance board from crushing the carpet and carpet pad.

Very solidly made
Well constructed, and very sturdy. As I enter my senior years, I thought this would be a good addition to my core strengthening exercises to maintain balance.

Start slow and with someplace to hang on while balancing if you;re standing.
this was great for ankle range of motion and balancing. You can so so much more with this. Worth the money.

Read description carefully picture is misleading
I made the mistake of trusting the picture thinking it was round. It's oval shapedTried it out anyways. In my opinion gives you less range of motion. If you have wider hips and need a wider stance it would be better than a round board but if you're looking for a full range forward-back-side to side round is better. The oval shape makes forward and back harder
