I received this item through the Amazon Vine program in exchange for an honest review.I ordered this vitamin E because it could be used internally or externally. Externally, I mixed it in small proportion into some massage lotion in order to promote healing in itchy skin. It mixed well and seemed to work nicely. The vitamin E in the bottle is mixed with wheat germ oil as a carrier. The recommended internal dosage is six drops twice a day. The 10 ml bottle supposedly contains 29 servings (why not 30 or 31?) but the oil is so viscous that it sticks to the outside of the dropper and is hard to measure properly. Compared to other vitamin E products this runs about 10 times as expensive. Perhaps the purity etc. of the product would justify the cost, but I personally would not continue to purchase it at that price.

So this is probably a Mediterranean based plant vitamin E oil. I have tried a dropper orally and while the manufacturer states it is tasteless, it does have the expected oil taste. The vitamin comes in a sealed glass bottle with a glass dropper. This is a small bottle but the recommended dosage would make this one last at least a month. The price for the product makes it reasonable to try. I have not used it topically, but I believe it would work well.
