Nascent Iodine Organic Daily Health Supplement High Potency 2% Concentrated Liquid Iodine Drops Supports Energy & Metabolism (1oz/30ml)

I put a few drops in water every morning and drink. I am not a dr. but I can tell it helps me, gives me energy, not for everyone.

I use this iodine in so many ways! As a supplement, I have used it by taking a drop each day in a small amount of water. I am not very consistent, but have noticed a difference in energy when I am on it. It tastes like a little bit of vanilla in water. I love that it is also a great anti-microbial! I use it on every cut or bug bite, and it speeds up healing significantly. If I have a zit starting to show, I will put iodine on it at night and find it is almost gone in the morning, or at least significantly smaller. The orange stain is usually gone from my skin by morning. I find that putting some iodine on my wrist at night is a good way to see if I need to start using it as a supplement again - if the orange is gone within a few hours, I know that I should start taking a drop in the morning again. If I can still see the stain in the morning, I don't need to take it. I used to think that was crazy, but it has been a good system for me. When I have adequate iodine, I have more energy, less brain fog, my hair doesn't fall out as much, my skin is not as dry, and it's easier to lose weight - all the benefits of a healthy thyroid. Synthetic thyroid did not help me at all, but iodine did. It's not a panacea, but Magnascent iodine has been very helpful to me over the years. I would always use a nascent form - never potassium iodide or another form, as those can have serious toxic side effects if taken internally at the levels needed to make a difference. As always, do your research before starting anything like this, but 400 micrograms a day of this nascent form of iodine really makes a difference for me!

I love this stuff! I have used it for a couple weeks, and my energy has improved, my skin looks younger and firmer, and I feel a lot clearer mentally. I mistakenly took a half dropperful the morning after I got it, because I confused it with my C60, but I quickly spit that out and rinsed my mouth. Nevertheless, that was probably the clearest day of my life - I felt amazing! After that, I went to two drops in water, and have worked my way up to 16, this morning. I take it on an empty stomach so it is assimilated better. I will probably do a skin test at some point to see how deficient I really am, and keep going to 60 drops before I back off. I feel so much better and the iodine is the only thing I can attribute it to. Thank you, thank you!

I use it for cuts and scratches when my kids fall or anything like that

I use this everyday three drops on a glass of water on an empty stomach . Clears me of free radicals and cleans my body if any toxins.. if I get sick flu , civid. One dropper full on a full glass water on an empty stomach till my symptoms goes away .. there are so many benefits to this products I have been using it for years ..

I have a history of thyroid disease and use lifestyle and food management to no longer take medication for it. I know certain organizations prevent people from making medical claims, but I feel it has to be said that this helped pull me out of intense depression. This iodine does not have a strong off-putting flavor and is very effective. Recently I tested with low iodine levels and have used this to correct it. It has also greatly improved my ability to stay positive and have genuine happy thoughts, I didn't realize that the low iodine was causing me to feel so down. It felt like it gave me my life back.

So far, so good. I've taken Lugol's 2% in very small amounts (500 mcg) a few times a week and no noticeable difference.The first drop Magnascent 2% gave me so much energy I wondered if there was an illegal drug mixed in the product. The most amazing thing other than the extra energy I experienced was a lack of cravings for food throughout the entire day. My appetite was under control.I just started 1 drop per day of Magnascent 2% at the end of January 2019 and am hoping that the positive effects continue and my blood labs will be better because of less eating.
