Parker Jotter Standard Ball Pen Gold Trim (Black)

The ink flow is known especially for a Parker pen. It is cheaper but it's a great option for those wanting a luxury pen without breaking the wallet. I use mine nearly every day and is bout due for a new refill. Highly recommend these pens to those who want to make an impression

I always keep a pen on me, always. It's just habit for me but they come in handy. I had a nicer (read not a Bic) pen I'd been carrying for close to 4 years finally die on me. I prefer to spend a little bit on a pen otherwise I tend to lose them pretty quickly. I've always loved Cross pens but this other pen was a clicker and I wanted to stick with that because the cap on the Fisher bullets and the twist the Cross pens use means I need 2 hands free before I can write. A clicker which means I can grab it and be writing easily one handed.This is a grey market India/Nepal market pen. I don't know if this has anything to do with why it seems smaller than I remember Parker's being but it's not too small. It's also rather light, the lower barrel is plastic not metal but it still looks good and feels solid in the hand. The production date appears to have been 9/2019 but a little scribbling and it was laying down ink flawlessly. It's a 0.8 Fine tip blue cartridge which writes well but if they have a 1.0 cartridge I might switch to that, personal preference only. This is a handsome light pen big enough for my large hands but small enough to almost disappear in my pocket. For $10 this is going to be a tough pen to beat and with quality Parker cartridges available I'll probably be using it till I manage to snap it in two.

The pen wrote smoothly on the paper .It is light; also, it is small. But, it is a writing instrument worth owning.

Ink cartridge included lasted less than two weeks with moderate use.

This is a great value in the pen world. The plastic barrel does not feel cheap and is a little easier for me to hold than the metal version. The gold trim just makes it look very nice. I would buy it again if I lost it.
