This is very sturdy, not like soft cork so it really works into your muscles. It is also small enough to travel with. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using this product primarily on the soles of my feet to keep the muscles stretched. I found it to be helpful with my shin splints as well by rolling the cork balls up and down my leg and around my ankles. Great product.

I like the bigger size than the traditional la crosse or tennis balls. The It's very effective to massage my trapezius muscles. The cork seems solid but a good weight. It has enough friction that it doesn't pop out when i put it between my muscle and the wall. I'm very satisfied with the purchase and price.

The cork balls are very effective in relieving muscle tightness and pain throughout the body. Different sizes for different areas from neck, back , legs and feet.

I’ve used tennis balls and other things for deep tissue pain relief for years and they’ve worked pretty well. But they are forgiving. These cork balls are not! Very hard material, provides great deep tissue work. I’m so happy I found these it’s been just what I needed. Super portable I’ve even put it in my purse. Only downside is I’ve had to replace it because my dog thought it was awesome too and chewed it to pieces!

These are amazing!!! I have arthritis, planter fasciitis and torn tendons in my feet, I have been using these to roll out my feet and they offer such great pressure and stability. I feel a difference right away. They are so lightweight you can take them anywhere and small enough you can pack in a gym bag or travel bag.
