My best buy for starting body weight training
At the age of 48+ , I have recently purchased rings and parallettes but could not really use those effectively ( with help from you tube ) and I was looking for some structured guidance. Luckily I have found this book on Amazon/ kindle. A bit sceptical at first as I would always prefer a DVD or any form of video over book when I want a guided exercise regime. However this book is penned beautifully and I have started my beginners level Today. However a DVD (e.g. RIP 60) can be added with this book to make it more convenient guidance during workout.

Well laid out program for fitness. Not aimed for max strength, but well laid out progression for gaining basics.

Ottimo i Kavadlo sempre una garanzia
Ottimo libro di calisthenics solamente con anelli e parallettes. Questo è il secondo programma che sto seguendo dei fratelli Kavadlo dopo Get Strong e sinceramente devo ammettere che sono davvero super. Pochi esercizi di base con progressioni semplici e test per autovalutarsi. Niente di più. E con questo ti accorgi di quanto sia lontano il concetto di vero allenamento che vogliono venderti nelle palestre, mille esercizi diversi senza saperne fare davvero bene neanche uno..giusto per non annoiarsi. Con pochi esercizi c'è sì il rischio di "annoiarsi" ma quando ci sono progressioni che diventano più complesse via via che si procede nell'allenamento ci si rende conto di quanto sia importante la disciplina del corpo libero, ginnastica o calisthenics che sia. Ottimo per tutti donne uomini di tutte le età

Best out there for calisthenics adherents of rings and paralettes.
I’d seen the book a few times but it wasn’t until I got more into calisthenics and that as a vanlife type that I’d settled on rings and paralettes as the foundation of my gym.Having done so the fact that this tome focused on utilizing those apparatuses was what lead me in. Wish I’d bought this sooner. Over coming gravity is an excellent book on the calisthenics discipline but overly in depth and kind of unwieldy. I don’t want to study calisthenics, I want to do it, to train.I wish I’d got this book sooner. This is the bad boy. The workout progression is well designed, the descriptions leave you in no doubt about what it is you’re supposed to do.It’s straight forward and highly practical. If you’re into the paralettes and rings it’s the best training guide out there. Disappointed I didn’t get it sooner.Brilliant book.

Le programme pour progresser avec des anneaux
Un livre au top écrit par 2 experts en entraînement au poids du corps. Sur le même modèle que get strong, Al et son frère Dany proposent un programme complet pour s’entrainer et progresser avec des anneaux et des paralletes. Le programme est très bien fait avec différents niveaux qui évitent l’ennui et la stagnation grâce à une augmentation progressive de la difficulté.
