Bought this back in October for a laptop I had ...
Bought this back in October for a laptop I had in storage while moving. I just got around to using it on my ASUS G74SX-BBK7 and the cell reports that it is 99% charged but will not power on the laptop. It also will not appear in any battery report. Tested with another laptop battery and the battery reports successfully and charges. Puredick warranty is next to impossible to claim on. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

If it doesn't fit...
Description states it is replacement for A42-G74. That is the exact battery I have in my ASUS G74S laptop. However, this battery does not fit. I was unable to get it to snap into the battery compartment. Returned for refund.
