I have a few of these cone burners, got this one for xmas, it's lovely, but what I find is that the cone will stop burning and the smoke doesn't come out the chimney, the air cant get in properly to burn the cone.

Put on a small incense cone in, looked beautiful to begin with. Then a horrid smell of burning waved through. Upon checking the house insides were burning. Was very lucky it didn’t catch on fire !
