The packaging is so nice every detail inside the box . Easy to use well worth every penny. Been using it for a month now on facial hair . I was sceptical to start with as to it working didn’t like the idea of shaving every other day , but it’s paid of stubborn black hairs going . Not needing to shave as often . Really is working and worth the initial payout

Trying this out in chest and tummy and it sort of gets rid of the hair but even on the highest setting and repeated use over a month it takes a long time and is painful

As photographed and as described. easy to use and simple to operate. Only time I flinched with pain was when I forgot to put the light on I got a zap heat however since put the light on the sensor works and you feel a cooling feeling which is consistent. I personally declare it pain free! The quality of machine and box glasses etc worth it and is light weight to use. Takes couple of minutes on smaller areas however if you intend to do full legs upwards then allow 15 20mins to fully ensure you cover all skin and it recommended you go over it twice. I like the results of dolphin skin and hair dosnt grow back fast so does work however you MUST follow the instructions and put in the consistent use three times a week for a number of weeks and if your working and or have a busy lifestyle it's challenge to keep motivated woth the routine but it's worth it in the end.

I used it very little and after 8 months stopped working.My return window closed 2 months ago.The option repair is not active on this item so no assistance is provided

I brought it in 2022 and it last till this year 2024... It is good but just for 2 years..

The shaver was missing in the box. Couldn’t even start straight away

Didn’t like the item, seems cheaply made, paint finish starting rubbing off after a week and the pulsing of light is too slow. Returned for a refund and a month later still no refund it shows varying messages acknowledging that it’s in process but I’m still to receive a penny back I’ve never had this with Amazon returns before. Not good enough.

I used this the way the instructions told me to, I’ve been using it for 2 months now and nothing has changed, really frustrating as you can only return at 30 days which really isn’t enough time to tell if this product is actually working! What a waste of £300!!

My partner and I have been "zapping" with this for a couple months now. Legs, arm pits, stomach, bikini line. We are both white with brown / black hair. We apply once per week. Male and Female.The results are undeniable for both of us. There is less hair overall, it grows back slower, and seems to grow back 'less thick'. I even did a test where I zapped half of my stomach and not the other for around five weeks, and there was a significant difference.We use on the max setting and the pain is minimal.To criticize / clarify the Amazon post. It does not fully stop hair growth in four weeks. It's more like, you start to see results in four weeks. Also, there are significant differences in effectiveness depending on the area of the body. For instance, it has been super effective on my partner's legs and my belly. Less-so on our armpits (but it's still making a difference). At least that was our experience. The included instructions are more transparent in this regard.Overall, well worth the investment. We will continue to use this product, and I look forward to expanding to my neck next!

Nach der 1 anwendung hab ich schon einen riesen unterschied gesehen , ich hab stellen wo keine mehr wachsen , sie wachsen auch schwächer und ich brauch nicht mehr alle 3 tage mich zu rasieren doch jede 1 woche -2 woche!

Alors, facile d'utilisation , léger a tenir , pour ce qui est du résultat , il faut bien respecter les étapes !! pas aussi puissant que chez le dermatologies ou un centre mais du coup , ça fait moins mal et on a plus envie de le faire !!! faut savoir qui faut le faire quand même régulièrement car ce n'est jamais définitif car des poiles repoussent toujours même chez les pro !!! je recommande ce produit car bien moins chère .

This product is fantastic. It is easy to use, practical and painless. I have used it for 1 week only so I can't say yet if it completely eliminates all hair very quickly, but for now I don't have any complains. The package is really nice too. The pacakge contains protection glasses, all the required cables and charger and the boxes to store them are quite nice too. It is a much better option than going to a salon where the definitive epilation devices/technology actually hurt. I'm really happy with this purchase.
