These pens are perfection. Nearly. They write smooth and clear. No bleed. Crisp lines. No smudging or clumps. I've given a few to friends and coworkers because I can see how much they love it when I make them try it. They always look at me like I'm nuts for making them try my pen and then they're like omg this is the greatest pen everrrrr. My only complaint is that the end loosens after a few uses from taking the cap off and on but it's really not a big deal. It's easy to tighten back up. It's not like it's falling apart.

I love these pens! I’ve gotten several packs over the years and each pack takes me a long time to go through. They are good for thin, precise lines.

My only complaint is how quickly they run out of ink. Other than that, I love the pt. size and how they feel when I write with them.

i will buy these pens as often as i need to. i love how they write, i love how smooth the feel, the fine tip is great.

I like to use these overwater colors. They’re really nice for sketching and doodling.

My daughter in college has been asking for these pens for Christmas and birthdays for years. She LOVES them. Super fine line. Very nice.

Love these pens, but I think the 0.38 is too fine. It's often scratchy / not enough ink getting through the first little while I use it. Then its OK and I like that its fine. But, the 0.5 is so perfect so to be honest if you're wondering which to get, I would definitely go with the 0.5. I wish they sold big packs of 12 of that size instead.
