Great taste, however, I didn't check begore ordering and once the product arrived I noticed wheat flour to be one of the ingredients. Disappointing as I am gluten intolerant and cannot eat it. All other kimchi I ever bought had rice flour as thickener, so it didn't cross my mind to check.For those who have no issues with gluten, the flavour a very good kimchi in terms of flavour and texture.

Product arrived with sauce leaking all over the box.upon inspection, the jars were never actually sealed which should be illegal for a food product.Returned and refunded
