First, I don’t know why so many reviews talk about sharp edges and that you can cut yourself. I understand what they are talking about, however, I also feel that only someone who is careless and not paying attention to what they are doing (in general and not just with this product) would actually cut themselves. Children should be supervised.The round cutters could be a little thicker in my opinion but they do the job. I made ravioli with these. The round cutters matched up perfectly with the crimpers and pushing the two handles together formed a great seal. Mine are welded well and don’t see them coming apart any time soon. I did not have any ravioli leak out contents or fall apart as they cooked. The handle thing that rolls circles is super fun the use. The spoon thing/ why even put that in? I just use a spoon to add my filling to the dough in the crimper. I am going to have so much fun making dumplings and ravioli with these! Glad I purchased this set.

It is so easy and fun making these dumplings! Nothing better than homemade! I would buy again and or give as a gift!

This dumpling maker kit really is amazing in all that it does. I got it to make pierogis, but I am happy to discover I also can make Chinese dumplings and wonton. I don’t make ravioli much, but that, too, if I like. The pieces are substantial in their make. All in all, a very good purchase!

Everything is cheaply made. The rings bend very easily. The mounds work well but dough gets stuck if you don’t use enough flour. The tool with the rotating head is very tricky and doesn’t cut the the whole way around the circle. Someone else might find these tools helpful but they didn’t assist me much.

These are good quality but the edges, when the product is in the closed position, are somewhat sharp. I bought these, plus a larger 4.9 inch one, to make “cusadetti”, a Sicilian dumpling filled with ricotta cheese and spices, and cooked with chicken soup. Delish!

The product itself is well made and looks like it works well however the recipe book that was promised was not received when requested it was ignored after numerous attempts to get the recipe book which is one of the reasons I purchased the device in the first place I was unable to get it thus I recommend people avoid this purchase because it is not what it claims to be and contacting the seller did not produce the results that were expected!

I’ve only used them once but my empanadas were a hit. I just wish they were a sturdier grade of stainless. It felt like if I pressed too hard they would bend. Everything was easy to use and came out pretty. I’ve tried making these dumplings without a dumpling maker - what a mess! I really needed this because I ACCIDENTALLY ordered a CASE of empanada disco. A case!
