I ordered this Kit to introduce my grandchildren, ages 4, 7, and 10, to the lovely meditations in it while they spend this coming weekend with me. I am truly amazed by its quality! In addition to the size and sturdiness of the individual cards. This is much more than I anticipated. The meditations and exercises are inviting, soothing, and inspiring. I am looking forward to doing some of these meditations with my grandkids - for them and for me.There is a Legend card (pictured) to guide the adult or the child to the meditation or affirmation they wish to use. Each meditation card has a wonderful illustration on the back. And the Affirmation cards are insightful. The beauty of the Kit is that children of all ages will be able to select meditations they want to do by viewing the illustrations. It's all so accessible.A plus....I emailed the creator of the Kit with a comment about a printing typo I found on one of the cards. She responded to my email within hours in a gracious, helpful manner. I am impressed!I cannot wait to share these with my grandchildren!Note: I tried to upload some images of the cards, but was unable to do so. Not sure why - but I'll meditate about it.

My kids 4 kids and I enjoy doing yoga with essential oils, and this new meditation set will take our activity to a whole new level!The cards are beautifully illustrated and have wonderful meditations and affirmations. I am considering getting a set for each child so they can keep it in their rooms and use them as they need them. They address many of the challenges and emotions kids (and adults!) experience.I would highly recommend this to any parent!

My kids love the first version of these cards and I’m equally impressed with the second version. I do these little meditations before bed and they’re relaxing g and memorable to them. They’re really invested in them because the cards encourage immersive imagination.

Me and my son love this meditation kit! It is a great way to calm his little active mind at the end of the day! We love to lay them all out and choose which scene we would like to do for the evening. I also love that it includes a little information card about what meditation would be best for the current situation or emotions that you are experiencing in your everyday life!

The quality is amazing. They’re beautiful and pretty stiff cards, so they won’t get destroyed easily. My daughter is learning to meditate and we use these together each night and when she feels stressed. They help her to relax and go to sleep.

I purchased several of these for my grandbabies and I think it's a great teaching tool for kids. Very much worth the money. Happy with my purchases.

This is a great gift! The cards are a bit thinner than I was expecting but otherwise totally excellent. I definitely suggest using WITH your child. The cards are easy to use but younger children will need a bit of guidance!
