My clients didn't seem to like this so I was going to return it. It seemed like there was not enough padding. It was only a few days after the return period so I couldn't return it through Amazon, but I emailed the company to see if there was anything I could do. They responded once but when I replied back they just left me hanging. I won't be buying anything from this company in the future. Spend my money where the customer service (and products) are a little better.

Amazingly comfortable. Best face rest ever. If it doesn’t line up with the Velcro in your cradle, it’s an easy fix- I just added some strips to my face cradle. This has the well made Velcro that will not pull off the face rest. Great product, great value, great comfort.

Soft, cradles the face softly. No more bend necks and jaws on plastic bars! Highly recommend.

Many clients do not comment on it unless I mention it, but some will notice right away. It seems to help a little with stuffiness, but not enough to be a big deal. I think the shape with the curve and bigger face hole make it more comfortable for most clients though.

This face cradle is absolutely the best thing ever. It takes the pressure off the customers face and it's easier for them to breathe through. I've got nothing but compliments.

We even had a memory foam headrest and this one is so much better. It cradles the face so much more fully then a standard headrest. Fits right on the existing frame, velcro and all.

Much better than the usual face cradle. Almost every single client notices how much more comfortable this is. For a few people this may be less comfortable as the pressure is more on the cheeks and less on the forehead. Clients that like it describe it as gently embracing your face

Brilliant piece of kit! I use it over the face hole on my massage couch. My clients love how soft it is, much better than using towels. Easy to clean - I just wipe it down after each session. Well worth the money.

This face pillow is amazing I swapped it with my original massage couch pillow as it was very hard. This one is so soft and comfortable this is by far the best one I have used for my treatments. Worth every penny.

Fantastic product! Very useful so far. Very comfortable and as the bottom is opened, my client can adjust the face support according to how much they support they need while not feeling the neck is propped up too high.
