I bought this for my 1 year old- I would say this could be loved by 6mo- 2 yrs depending on what you put inside. I'm a toy minamilist so I eventually chucked all the little balls that it came with because this is such a versatile toy! Right now she has 2 foot strips of fun textured fabric that she pulls out, puts on and then shoves back in. Sometimes we take it outside and put rocks or pinecone in it. Anything that a little hand could grab with one hand can go in this. It's one of our favorite toys. Yes, you could make something similar with a tissue box and rubberbands but this is very well made and each side has the elastic in a different design so each side takes its own problem solving. It's used so much that I'm glad I bought a sturdy one.

Babies usually love toys that light up and make noise. However I choose a different avenue. Bought this for my neice, she turned 1. And she loves it. She will sit and play with it for a long time. It's so cute watching her do it. She loves a challenge. I have other toys with shapes too and she will trade them out and try other ones too. Great toy to buy . Would definitely recommend

Idk why I thought they’d be silicone or like squishy but they’re hard plastic, it’s not the end of the world but just expecting something different so If you’re expecting that too just know it’s not. The box is also smaller than it looks in pics but it’s still a great toy I’m sure we’ll get lots of use out of it

I was very disappointed to see how small it was! It was so small it fit in my hand. I was expecting something bigger for my baby. But the little shapes and toys that go into it are great. So I kept it. It’s worth the money just smaller than what it looks in advertising.
