Sturdy, easy to read and clean-cut edges
Just the right size and feel, not too flimsy and edges are cut clean. Easy to follow with a pencil or an exacto blade when cutting the material. Not the best photo measuring a CS classic.This IS the ruler you should get, you can stop looking :)

Thick and sturdy compared to most steel rulers
I've owned maybe 10 steel rulers, and these are the thickest and sturdiest I've ever had. I really like them, I will definitely buy more.

Nice quality metal kitchen ruler. Perfect for pastry.

Markings are great, but the edges are quite sharp.
Pleased with the sturdiness of this product. Easy to read and hold up well. Be warned, the edges are a bit sharp and may be a hazard. Polished the edges, and rounded the sharp edges using a bench grinder with a buffing wheel. This mitigates the possibility of cuts.
