I have purchased 3 bottles, looked at reviews for a while, i go to the gym every single day, some times twice a day, have seen no difference. My body obviously is gettig in shape, but i dont account it to this supplement, very disappointed, felt and heard there would be more benfits and better results.

I haven't noticed any results that I wouldn't otherwise. 3 large pills are bit much.
