Only one problem
The media could not be loaded.
I don't mind this product it's not overpowering but better on half a scoop of powder.There was a little confusion on the advert stating it has no soya but on the ingredients it shows in bold that it does contain it so please be very careful when selecting this product.Other than that I have no faults

Confusing instructions
Well on the tub it says mix 5 scoops which seems excessive from powders I've used before but here on the product page it' says use 2 scoops? which is more realistic.I mixed 3 scoops with 700ml of semi skimmed milk to test and that seems to be the limit any more and you'd need more milk or water.Taste's okay mix's fairly well which once you start getting into trying different mass gainer powders in general there a bit hit and miss but overall what you'd expect.Not many powders mix flawlessly even if you have a super duper blender.Reflex have been around for awhile I think since the mid nineties.

Great product
I love this powder. Its a good portion of powder, with everything you need. I use it in the mornings with my oats and they add a gorgeous chocolate taste to them, and my shakes at night which are very easy to drink.

Bought this and feel a little disappointed it’s only half full, why sell it in a tub that’s twice the size of the actual powder contentIs this how everyone else’s arrived?

Amazing taste, not grainy.
This powder states it has 14 servings. That's if you mix it in the suggested way with huge scoops. The way I mix it, it lasts me over a month. 500mls of milk and 4 regular table spoons of powder. Its fairly thick and a great taste. I would not be able to drink.it the suggested way, its too thick. You can also use less powder and use as a weightless shake. Iv lost 2.5st so far. 4 table spoons of powder and skimmed milk twice per day and a sensible meal. Perfect for me..

Mix 300g with 700ml water in a shaker or blender. We recommend one shaker per day between meals, post workout or before bed to contribute to muscle maintenance overnight. Reflex Crunchy Pieces will not dissolve when mixed. Shake well before use, do not blend, no shaker grill required. Once mixed, consume the shake straight away. For a shake that is more calorie-heavy, you can try mixing it with milk.
