First of all, yes the product is amazing and the reviews are perfectly as per the product itself. But the treble is quite high and I understand that it is purposeful for the people who actually like it.But I am not a treble-loving person, so it disturbs me after hearing for about 5 minutes or so. That is why I had to return it otherwise the product in itself doesn't have any problem, except the weight (not too much, but you can feel it after wearing for sometime) compared to other IEM products.Alternatively, for people who are looking for bass in IEM earphones then you can go for CCZ coffeebean earphones, but obviously you will miss a the high treble compared to this, they are soft and non-sharp, which I prefer personally.

This is my frist day of using it and I love It. I also have JBL TUNE 230 NC which are pretty pricey as compared to this and also have anc but the sound quality when compared to these iems are almost same with some eq tweaking.Overall if you want a good sounding budget earphone then go ahead these are probably the best in this money and can even defeat some pretty pricey tws earphones un terms of sound quality.

Only HF can be heard in kz-zsn pro x ear phone . bass is not heard .Very bad product.

Best sounding earphones in the range. Can go SUPER LOUD! Wide soundstage, bright sparkly sound, with just enough emphasis on base. Not perfect for people who are sensitive to treble - Specially for lovers of classic rock / hard rock (AC/DC, Led Zepplin etc.), the sound on these tracks may appear too sharp on higher volumes. Overall highly recommended for the price range - blows away competition.

Says in the specification that the earphones has mic but there is no mic. It is also impossible to replace it because amazon just keeps going in circles.

They come with the standard assortment of 3 ear tips. They don't fall out of my ears while walking and they have a good detachable tangle free braided cable. I don't think they have active noise 'cancellation,' but they do a well enough job 'isolating' outside noise even for my sensitive ears. They also stay relatively distortion free at higher volumes, and I'm able to distinguish between low and high bitrates on streaming services.

This was the gift my son really wanted for his birthday. The only issue he had with these is that a mic was not included. The rest of the piece works absolutely fine. It just isn't fair to make a young child wait a month after his birthday to be able to receive the gift he really wanted and hoped for. In the future please do all you can to ensure that all lines, featuring whatever deviations between them are available at all times.Think of how one of your young relatives would feel in this situation.Thank you and God bless,,Matt Kravitz

Fantastic. These earbuds are not just good for the price, they're good. Period. They're not audiophile grade but they easily beat the sound of high end bluetooth buds like samsungs galaxy buds+, all beats headphones, and sound a lot like my hyperx cloud 2 gaming headphones. They aren't the most comfortable but I can overlook that
