Love it! Definitely recommended!!
Soooo glad I came across this, amazing stuff. I wouldn’t go on longer runs without it now. Anything over 10k I make sure to add it to my running bottle or hydration vest for longer runs! I sometimes use it before short runs too, just to give me an extra kick. My partner has used it for long tennis matches, works great for him too. I’d recommend it to anyone who needs to sustain energy and hydration when doing endurance sports or workouts.

Amazing powers!
⭐⭐⭐⭐I was given this to trial whilst I begin training for the London Marathon, which happens in a few months.I'm always happy to try something new for running fuel so was very happy to receive it, especially as I do dislike energy gels.I'm also unaware of other methods of energy like this that is drinkable so welcomed that idea.I made up a 250ml (3tsp) drink to have before I went out for 9miles.The packaging is fine and the bag resealed with little issue, I used a protein shaker to mix up the drink and poured into a glass, the powder sunk to the bottom so I used a spoon to stir, it still didn't completely dissolve. Otherwise, it tasted fine, kind of sweet, but that's to be expected when it contains mostly sugar for the energy aspect. The flavour wasn't unpleasant at all. I basically downed it and off I went; I powered through, getting a really decent time, much better than usual and didn't stop once, with no additional fuel or drink. I have to say, I'm putting the decent effort in part down to the drink, I really think it gave me sufficient energy to keep going quite effortlessly. There seem to be a good amount of salts and minerals, these help relieve dehydration and any other effects from a long, warm run.I'd highly recommend this product and will continue to use it throughout my training.

Helps me conserve energy and recover faster after running!
I feel I conserve my energy more. When I take this on my long runs I don’t feel as tired afterwards as I usually do. Also my muscles feel less sore and tensed up afterwards.Loving it. It is easy on my stomach, neutral slightly sweet flavour suits me really well.I also like that this doesn’t include a plastic spoon like so many other powders. It is easy enough to measure the amount with a normal teaspoon and avoid plastic waste, good for the environment!!!

More energy and no more cramping!!
I have a very sensitive stomach and lots of energy drinks I found too irritating, especially on long runs. Anything over a half marathon and I would end up with a gut bomb… This one doesn’t do that at all! The taste is great too, very subtle not too overpowering and it doesn’t leave bad aftertaste. I’m currently getting ready for my first ultramarathon and so happy to have found this, it will make such a difference!!!

Great for hydration though could be more energising
As someone who is very sporty, I’m always after an all round amazing supplement to help me reach my athletic goals. I find myself cycling to uni and having boxing training on some evenings during the week. I always felt like pre workout was never for endurance, and after about an hour after drinking, you would find yourself crashing and done for the day. This Jet Fuel drink by Mr runs is very good but I feel like it isn’t perfect. Price wise, it’s great value, working out to under £1 per a serving. It is very easy to prepare and make as it dissolves well in water. The flavour is unrecognised and a little too sweet for me though the texture of the drink overall is smooth and not too heavy which is nice. I’m glad that I don’t need to take 5 different supplements to keep me going during endurance workouts such as cycling. Though this won’t give you the potent and sudden boost of energy. This feeling would usually come from caffeinated pre workouts. Overall, 4 stars as it isn’t as energising as I’d hope, but it still is an effective hydration drink that isn’t full of sugar!4 stars.Thank you for reading my honest review, I hope you found it helpful! :)

Fantastic supplement for runners
This is a really nice pre/intra/post workout supplement for runners, especially during the summer when it's hotter and you may be sweating more than usual or expending more energy.Essentially, it's a blend of electrolytes, fast acting carbohydrates (sugars) and caffeine. Taking them prior to working out will ensure your body has access to the nutrients it needs in addition to a boost from the caffeine, whilst taking it during/after can boost recovery ahead of your next session too.The powder is very fine, like sugar and salt, and it doesn't come with a scoop in the packaging. This is a little bit of a shame as the instructions say to use a tea spoon, but this makes it hard to get an exact amount each time. The recommended 'dose' is 3 tea spoons per hour of running. This packet gives you enough for 20 hours of running on that basis.I've found that if I'm running for an hour, taking 1 and a half teaspoons before a run and then 1 and a half after works best for me. If I'm doing two hours, I'll just double that - so 3 before and 3 after. In terms of taste, I actually found myself really enjoying this. There's not much to it, but it just ever so slightly sweetens the water. Although the mix into the water isn't quite perfect with a shaker bottle, I've found it to be good and if you end up with some particles left on the bottom of your mixer you can just add a bit more water, give it another shake, and you should get everything - so very little wastage. Most important of all, I have found myself recovering quicker between runs since taking this supplement. Especially during the summer I tend to sweat a lot during my runs and expend quite a bit of energy if I'm doing intervals, and I've really noticed a difference in how ready I feel the next day if I take this. I'm really happy with it!
