This thing is incredibly bright. Given the fact that the seller includes not one but two batteries as well as the unit to charge them, you really can't beat the price for a flashlight this bright. They also include a simple diffuser that you place over the front of the flashlight. The diffuser does not sit all that tight but otherwise fulfills it's purpose, spreading the amazing 1,200 lumens around the space in which the flashlight is being used quite well. Outside of the fact that you can not adjust the brightness output (outside of using the diffuser) this was a great purchase; very pleased! Given everything else about this purchase, the lack of the ability to adjust the output down from 1,200 lumens did not warrant a lower rating.One last thing. Regarding build quality, this thing is a tank! You'll realize that you've purchased something substantial even before you open the box that it's packaged in; this thing has a surprising amount of heft. With that said, it's still very compact and easily kept in your jacket pocket or a purse with little bulkiness. Highly recommended purchase at my purchase price of less than $17!!

One of the best flashlights I have ever purchased. I read the reviews and many said that they did not care for the little plastic detachable cover that turns the flashlight into more of a lamp. This one aspect is why I returned and bought 4 more. This end cap, tightly fit on the end of my light, giving off a bright white light that filled a room or made walking outdoors easier because the light was not focused but diffused in a wide path. The flashlight can be stood on the end making it look like a microphone. This allows for hands free use. Ideal for camping or emergency use. The flashlight body is incredibly tough and my 8 year old has put it through some tough conditions. Because it comes with rechargeable batteries, I do not worry when the kids want a light to go play with. I let them grab it and go. No more expensive batteries to replace every time they forget to turn off the light.

I really like the size of this light, because it's a lot easier to hold than the Atomic Beam Flashlight; And a lot brighter.I like tat it comes with two 18650 Lithium Ion rechargeable batteries, and tge triple AAA adaptor.Using tge AAA batteries, it's only about 800 lumens in Brightness, but with the 18650 batteries, it is the advertised 1,200 lumens.You should get more of the 18650 batteries as backup, at Amazon.com.It is a Fantastic light to give Women as a Present

Sufficiently bright for warehouse work. The zoom goes out so far you can literally see the shape of the LED and the 3 semiconductors. Comes with two large Lithium batteries but also an adapter for 3 AAA batteries as well. The Lithium batteries last about 2 hours of continuous use, and come with a wall charger. A co-worker liked it so much I bought another for him as a gift. Great little flashlight!Side note: It's not 1200 lumens, but the light it produces is free of artifacts and color, which results in a much better flashlight than others I have tried before.

This flashlight is great. It is surprisingly bright and I love that it comes with the light diffusing dome. That worked fantastic for walking on the beach at night when you wanted a wide amount of light or when the hurricane hit and we lost power. Made a great bathroom light! I also love that this flashlight takes different kind of batteries. The 18650s that it comes with or AAA batteries with the adapter. The only thing I am disappointed with and is the reason I am taking a star off is because the battery charger it came with broke within the first week. The top part with the batter contacts completely snapped off leaving me unable to charge the 18650 batteries.

It's nice that it has a diffuser, you can get light where you need it and your not going to get burned if you brush against it. I got rid of my old 60 watt drop light because this light is so much easier and safer to use.

I have purchased several of this type of flashlight and this is hands down the best of the bunch.The dome light accessory is perfect for camping/tents/illuminating a large immediate area.The two batteries have long life and having a spare ready to go is wonderful.This is made with heavy duty materials and is solid enough to use as a weapon in an emergency/break out window glass.

Appears to be a high quality product. The question I have is "will it last?", but only time will tell. Some other push-button flashlights I have had malfunction after a few hundred "on/off" cycles, but hopefully this one is built to last. Love the light output. Very bright compared to similarly priced lights, and comes with 2 rechargeable batteries. I "think" the batteries can be charged separately, as the lights on the charger behave similarly whether one or two batteries are inserted. BUT, there was no "instruction sheet" packed with the light and charger, so I really don't know! And I have seen other reviews that state "both batteries must be recharged together" and "can charge the batteries separately", so who knows? At this point I'm hopeful enough that I gave 5 stars...
