The coat came one day earlier than the shipping date described. Yes it was slightly larger than I expected, but I dislike restrictive clothing... coats included. The extra room will allow for, perhaps another jacket to be worn underneath. (Though I hardly think it will be necessary. This coat is heavy duty, and if you, like me get cold when it dips below 60 degrees, this coat will be a Godsend !As to the quality; the stitching is absolutely great, first class! The leather, although I don't know exactly what I expected, exceeded all my expectations. The leather is very supple, bordering on luxurious. It is beyond all doubts one of the finest coats I've ever purchased.With a full length heavy duty zipper, a snap closure at the top and bottom, and large buttons to hold the front flap (?) closed, while the buttons themselves are backed with "back up" buttons inside to reinforce the button stitching. (Sorry, I'm not a tailor so I'm not familiar with the exact terminology.)I do know, however this is a very well made coat, ( I checked the stitching with a magnifying glass.), and though I won't be able to honestly vouch for it's warmth in cold weather yet, (it's in the upper 80's and lower 90's here.) I am very confident that this coat will be more than adequate for Ohio's cold winter weather.I am very satisfied with this purchase and would without hesitation recommend it to anybody.

I ordered the 2X size and the fit is perfect, there was no variation from the standard fit from other manufacturers, 100% true to size. This coat is nice and soft and provides the necessary warmth I was looking for. Unlike "new leather", this coat is much softer and it allows for a comfortable fit from the get go, and there is no "break in" period that is normal with regular leather coats. The color is right on the money same as the product pictures.When I ordered the coat I did look over the sizing chart, however when you search for instructions on how to perform these measurements, (I am not a taylor), I found that these instructions do vary, so I just ordered my normal size and figured if the fit wasn't right, I would just exchange it. No need to do an exchange, the fit was perfect. Highly recommend this coat if you are looking for a great winter coat.

I bought this in 2017 as a gift for my husband. The size runs true. We live in Wyoming and it is a nice winter coat. The only thing is this week, so 2 full years later, the back right shoulder tore EXACTLY LIKE the previous reviewer posted a picture of. We will get it repaired for under $50. This coat is still worth the money to me. My husband loves it. And it looks great.

I've order two of these coats, the first one should have been 2XL as a too reasonable price. Too small. No longer available Gave it to my son who loves it. Ordered a second 3XL which is a little too large but is just right with a good vest underneath.When I took my latest to my really OLD WORLD tailor to have the sleeves shortened he declared the coat: excellent in quality, well put together. Be advised that the coat is heavy but warm.

I bought this product and returned it twice. The zipper broke the first time, although the fit was perfect and it seemed high quality. The second time it came, the size as indicated on the jacket was the same, but it was too small. Its a beautiful jacket, but couldn’t seem to get it right.

Very nice looking coat but the sleeves are too long

I'm a biker and leather is in my blood, I also enjoy the cold weather so this coat is perfect for me during the winter months. The coat arrived prior to the expected delivery date, I immediately put it to the test during a cold snap here in the North. It looks awesome, wind proof, and the roll-up collar is ideal when venturing out into the wind. I'm a bigger fella in the upper torso, this coat fit perfectly. Because I like my leather to fit perfect, I did take it to my leather lady and had her shorten the sleeve length by 1/2 inch. She wanted to know where I purchased the coat and how much it cost. She told me that I received a good deal on a quality made coat...I'm inclined to agree.

I had been looking for such a coat for months and found this one on Amazon. I read the many reviews but was put off initially by the $30 shipping charge from Pakistan, and the thought of having to return it due to size. Then it moved to Prime and those worries went away so I ordered it. Two days later, there it is, and it is great! The large fit me well, except for the sleeves but I have short arms, so I had to have the sleeves shortened (I expected this). For just over $200 this is an outstanding coat. With a sweater underneath it is plenty warm, nice pockets, lining, collar, etc.

Very pleased with the product, fit and quality and in particular the price.

As indicated by another review the arm come to the knuckles for length. Im 5'11 and 210lbs and purchased the large. If you have the arms at your side they are slightly long,but when extended to ride or drive they are perfect. For the price this is a quality jacket that has a heavy feel to it. The leather is like rough suede and the same color brown when held against the amazon photo. exactly as shown. The collar faux fir is like a cat and not pilled fake sheep,but it to feels good on the neck. The sewing is well done with no loose threads, so the quality is great. make sure to check the chart for measurements prior to your order and don't forget they charge 30 dollars duty on the order for delivery to Canada. Im very happy with the purchase and glad to have taken the chance on this item. In comparing to the jacket on the TV show, this one doesnt have vertical slits in the back but rather is solid, so if you were on a horse you may be sitting on the jacket. still awesome!

I ordered the wrong suze initially which cost me duty both ways to replace but the coat is of good quality and looks quite sharp.
