The crossword's alphabet pieces came perfectly nothing was missed and there gave a small bag to put them in that bag and there gave a 4 tray to put the pieces in them when we were playing the product was everything was perfect

Poor quality
I don't know why Amazon has started delivering packets as it is without an outer packaging. The box was torn when it arrived.Otherwise also the game is of average quality, instructions are also unclear.
