This product is one of my favorite natural suppliments. This also was one of Louis Armstrong's favorites. Two tablets a night and you're good to go.Combined with any type of Polyethylene Glycol (MiraLax, ClearLax) and you will have absolutely NO problem keeping your train schedule running on time, when used on a daily basis.Can't live without it. During the week I took this product, I was bloated and had terrible pain in my abdomen. It did very little else for to relieve my constipation, and even though I took them according to the directions on the bottle, they just didn’t work for me. My husband tried one tablet to see if it would do anything for him and he had the opposite effect. So my conclusion is, they must work overly well for some, and do nothing at all for others. I’m back to drinking a glass of 100% grape juice everyday since that’s the only thing that seems to help me.
