Nice backpack. I bought it to use as un-paid luggage on Wow Air (perfect size). It's comfortable and having 4 different zippered pockets is great!My only slight complaint is two of my zipper pull rings came out. Specifically the silver part holding the grey zipper pull to the actual zipper. Not sure if they got caught on something; the others are still ok.

The only problem we have had with the is the zipper pulls came off rather quickly. It is something that can be fixed, but it seemed like they came off when we were doing something that would require us to get in and out of it a lot. I would purchase this brand again.

Fantastic for the first few months. Loved it and would have rated 5 stars if the quality lasted. The inner lining tore and most of the zippers no longer work.

The bag looks like it is shown in the picture. Really spacious. Unfortunately, the straps tore within a few weeks of use, but in fairness I was carrying around 50 pounds of law books everyday.

This backpack is huge! It's great for my laptop, a couple of books, and a ton of other misc items. The padding on the straps, back, and on the handle make it comfy.

Excellent bag for the price. I use this every day going to and from work. Lots of pockets and storage. Good size without being big and bulky.
