Poor color rendition Buyer beware
I've had this laptop for a month, using it daily. It's a convenient size, spacious keyboard layout, etc. Everything works as advertised. However the screen and colors are washed out. I had a technician in thinking I just didn't know how to set it up properly. But nothing helped with the hazy blue cast on ALL screens and images. You will not enjoy YouTube and movies with this washed out color. Since I use it primarily for word processing I'll live with it. But if I was still in the return window I would have returned it. But thinking it just needed some adjustment I waited too long for a technician to look and tell me that this was all this computer could do.

Keyboard does not light up
I have a very bad taste for windows 10. they try to lock you into the microsoft world. The laptop however does exactly what I need. the monitor viewing angle is a bit short and the keyboard doesn't light up.

old computer
had issues contacted dell and they said computer help ended in february,2022. i just bought it oct 6 2022 when you buy something for new, you expect some kind of warranty. finally got dell to repair it. sent back, they had it for 10 days . got it back and it was still messed up. piece of crap...dont waste your money on this piece of crap

Disappointed - seller made it right
Worked for about twenty minutes after initial startup. Began to download pictures to the D drive (entire reason for the computer) and the operating system began wanting to reboot. After a Windows update, the loop began all over again. Reboot, problem, reboot, problem. Called Dell, and was unable to do anything since the computer had been previously registered. Couldn’t even start it in safe mode. Then, blue screen and total brick. Never seen a computer eat itself before.Seller is making it right for sure, just a total disappointment.
