Dimension One Spa Filter Vision Hot Tub Filter, Vision Spa Tub Keeps The Hot Tub Clean and Enhanced Bather Comfort

I'm so glad these are no longer difficult to find for a reasonable price. I've used this brand on my D1Spa and it works as advertised.

We have used this filter for several years and it works well.

The instructions don't actually tell you where you install the thing. I looked online, but I couldn't find anything that directly said how to install it. Does it go below the filter? Does it go on the top of the filter under the plastic strainer basket? Does it go in the strainer basket? Would be nice if they had explicate instruction on where to install it. I ended up placing it under the filter basket on top of the fliter, but it just kind of sit there and moves around a bit. Not sure how much water is actually being pulled through the vents and across the activated charcoal because it seems like most the water just jgets pulled down the center into the filter directly.

Based on positive reviews, I purchased a Koioya Vision cartridge for our 2020 Dimension One Spa for the first time roughly 6 months ago. Prior to that, I purchased Dimension One's brand of the Vision cartridge. For reference, I religiously perform the recommended monthly filter cleaning process as well as the weekly chemical maintenance (chlorinating granules and shock oxidizer). I was pleasantly surprised that for its 6 month life, the Koioya Vision cartridge functioned as it should as our water was always crystal clear. As such, I was confident that I would get similar results with the new cartridge.Two weeks ago we did our annual water change our and I installed new filters as well as the new Koioya Vision cartridge. Since then, there was an unusual abundance of foam every time the spa was used, but the water remained very clear. When I opened the spa lid today, to do my weekly maintenance, I noticed, very disappointingly, that the water was very cloudy. I found a collection of white chips floating on the opening of the skimmer and found a significant amount of what can a best be described as "black charcoal/carbon flakes on top of the filter as well as at the bottom of the filter sleeves. I removed the Koioya Vision cartridge, and after letting it dry out substantial amounts of the black material fell out when it was shaken. It was blatantly obvious that the Koioya Vision cartridge was defective.I flushed out both filters with water, multiple times, and cleaned out as much charcoal/carbon residue as possible from the filter sleeves. I’ve temporarily replaced the defective Koioya Vision cartridge with the previous one. I'm returning the defective cartridge for a refund and am going back to using the Dimension One version. Thankfully, it will be delivered tomorrow.Needless to say, if you’re considering purchasing the Koioya Vision cartridge - CAVEAT EMPTOR.

I ordered a filter for my hot tub the night before last and it arrived in less than two days. Great price and amazing service!! I'd rather sit in my hot tub and order parts then drive all over town looking for parts!!

As advertised, replacement piece for the dimension 1 filters. Fits perfectly, and easy to install.
