Not sure why the package was open...
Great product. Fair price. Three stars because the seal was broken on the package and inner seal (the one you re-seal) was open as well. For the price, I'm not concerned with the original seal being broken....but I don't like the fact the second seal was open as well. The inner container they come in was in tact and nothing is damaged/ruined.
