I like that It lathers up real nice paired with the tiege Henleys bath sponge. I believe Aaron and the scientist behind the lather up formula have discovered the best soap consistency : bath sponge fluffy/firm ratio to help provide the best lathered up experience with the minimal soap required making you smell good, look good, feel good, and budget good! In regards to the Scent... you might favor it, I personally prefer this scent used in the anti chafing powder. Try it see what you think and if you want to try something else after. I'd suggest the cucumber scent.

This body wash does not lather like other washes I use such as Dirty Bird and Duke Cannon. It does moisturize somewhat, but the “clean” scent is anything but what I would perceive clean to smell like. It also seems to linger quite a while and not in a good way. It’s being sent back.

I used it with a loofah and it got all sudsy just fine, and I felt clean after, like I'd expect with soap 🙃.It smells really good, and I think it must be a fairly strong scent, because I can smell it without putting it right under my nose - I have a weak sense of smell, and typically have to do that in order to smell soaps and lotions.I didn't notice it lingering after I finished my shower; I kind of wish it had!The scent I got is "clean". I'd describe it as... being in a dense forest after it rains? With maybe a bit of mint? That's the image that came to my mind while I was using it, anyway.The only reason I gave it 4/5 instead of 5/5 is because it's fairly expensive ($14 for 10oz right now), and not something I'd feel comfortable getting for myself on a regular basis (the ones I usually get are $2 for 20oz). I needed to use the same amount of it as I use of my normal one, so it isn't like it'll last longer, either. I guess it has some fancier ingredients, though, and I like the sustainability bit for the bottle.

This Tiege Hanley body wash lathers nicely in my hands, unlike other body washes I have used. For those other products, I often have to use a loofah with considerable effort to get the level of sudsiness that I like. There are no such issues here.The "clean" scent is strong yet quite pleasant. The body wash does a fine job of clearing grime, sweat, and dirt with less vigorous scrubbing than I am used to. The bottle cap opens nicely, leaving an opening just right for the amount of soap I want to empty.Note that this is a premium product and priced accordingly. It is not too hard to find cheaper options. That said, if the benefits I describe above are worth it to you, then you will find good value in this product. Bonus points here for it being made in the USA and using recycled plastic.
