Caroma Electric Scooter

I have to park a good 15-20 minute walk away from my work and the sidewalk is too crowded for a bike and biking in the street is a death wish in Miami so I considered getting this e-scooter. I need one that carries 250 lbs or more but I didn't want to spend a lot on something I may not even like so I went with this cheaper option. It has exceeded all my expectations. It gets me from the garage to my workplace in less than 10 minutes most of the time. It feels solid and after just a few outings, I've gotten very comfortable riding it. I love that it folds down to fit in the car. I think this e-scooter really delivers for such an inexpensive price. I would like to upgrade (more torque) later on down the road but for now, this suits me perfectly!

Do not purchase this Scooter! I purchased this Scooter for my two children, one in college, and contacted customer service several times and they said they were going to send parts to fix the problem. I didn't understand why they could not send another scooter to replace the “inoperable” scooters. We missed the window of opportunity to return it through Amazon as I was dealing with my father dying from cancer and my daughter was 8 hours away in college and would not return home from a break until months later. We never thought that when we finally opened it - it would not work!! We charged it and it never held a charge. She was never able to ride it at school! To this day, I have gone back and forth with the company who has supposedly sent the parts to me, but the tracking number indicates it was delivered to someone in Chicago and I live in Tennessee. They confirmed my address with me and yet, they sent it to someone in Chicago again! Unfortunately, this company is in China and I can't get any results. As a single mother, I am beyond frustrated and upset that I have spent money on a failed product!

THIS SCOOTER is amazing!! Sturdy, durable, sleek, comfortable, affordable, and has all the gadgets and lights! Says it goes up to 15 miles per hour but we got it up to 27 miles per hour!! I spent 4 hours researching electric scooters to pick out the very best one. This is the only scooter on Amazon with 5 stars from every customer!! And I can see why!! Worth every penny! Worth all 5 stars. I would give it 10 stars if I could! I wish I had an extra 400 bucks laying around because I'd buy another one! I'm so happy, so pleased, and so satisfied with this purchase! Thank you CAROMA! YOU didn't let me down! Love love love!!!

Excelente para mi hijo.

The Caroma ELectric Scooter has a top speed of15.5 mph. The battery lasts a long time, max load 265 pounds. we were very impressed with it. With my petite size it lasted the full time, and seemed to pick up too speeds too. Assembly is incredibly easy, 4 screws and off you go, doesn’t get any better than that. It’s an attractive slim design, I’ve ridden at night, headlights and taillights on this thing! It’s lightweight and even easy for me to carry.

My son really enjoyed the scooter and it worked well. Something happened with the battery and it stopped working. My husband had been emailing with customer support earlier this year, and they requested videos and photographs which she supplied. At some point they stopped responding to him. I picked up on the emails this month, and now they are saying they no longer make this product, and we are too late. I’ve shown them screenshots of my husband‘s conversation with them earlier this Year And they just ignore them. I understand that products can break, but the customer service has been a big disappointment. I cannot recommend this product or manufacturer.

I need a replacement battery for this. This worked for 3 months and it has been giving battery problems. The battery is not keeping charge. So I need a battery for it.

Facile da montare, istruzioni solo in inglese, va molto veloce, non è ammortizzato quindi tutte le asperità del terreno si trasferiscono sul manubrio. Molto facile cadere e farsi male. Consiglio casco ed ogni altro accessorio. Consiglio anche di farsi una assicurazione sulla vita...si perde molto facilmente.

Très bon produit ,solide,pratique.

La trottinette et pas adapté aux personnes grandes moi qui fait 1.85cm le guidon et trop bas.
