Um, Yeah, Sort of a Ripoff, Funko Pop!
I have quite a number of Funko Pops, and I like getting different versions of the same character. When you do that, the character is usually completely different—a different pose, may be different things in its hands—it’s a completely different model. So I was pretty disappointed when I got this “blonde Ryan” from The Office and realized it is exactly the same as the regular Ryan. All they did was change the color of his shirt and tie and spray a little bit of yellow on his head. Yes, that’s right, they didn’t even give him different hair! It’s just sprayed with a little yellow over the existing black hair! It looks odd, and it’s not up to Funko Pop’s normal standards. I’m just letting people know this in case they want the blonde Ryan!
