I have ordered from these guys. I found the better option on Amazon. These products work great.

First and foremost I have no dislikes of this item. Had I known there was something on the market like this to help with my knee pain I would have been bought one. The heat and the massage is phenomenal and really does help relieve the pain in my knees. Now we have two and so far no problems and no dislikes on this item.

Don’t waste your time. I found this product very cumbersome to use . And the worse part is It doesn’t not fit properly and there is no way to correct. This product has a no return policy. Total waste of my $$. Would hate to see someone else to have the same problem and waste their $$ too.

As you can see in the picture, it came packaged well and even has a travel case. Seems like nice, heavy duty material. The knee massager is great for heat and compression. Really relaxed my husband's knee and made it easier to move. I tried to use it but could not get it to fit right as it is not made for thicker thighs.

Not as useful as I thought it would be.

The quality is great I wish the strap for above the knee was a little bigger. Other than that it’s a really well made product and brand. I can’t wait to see what else they got.

Weak pressure, might be good if your 100 years old. I need knee pain relief and recovery from athletic soreness and this doesn't come close to getting the job done. It actually works better upside down. It is uncomfortable, heat is ok, and the functionality is subpar, please somebody innovate this product, ill be your number one customer
