Really nice little bell but just not loud enough for a hard of hearing person.

Got this for my mother when she was recovering from knee replacement. Much to my chagrin, it worked and I could hear her ringing for me clear across the house, lol!

The little ball inside is plastic so it has a different noise then i expected but it gets the job done. Plastic parts seem a bit fragile but not so much that you cant use the bell so im just a little careful with it.
