Don’t freak out when your pillow arrives. It will be flat. It fluffed up in a very short time. Very comfortable. No weird smell feels great on my neck.

I see some reviews rate this pillow low because it is hard; that is the reason I rate it high. I can't say how many pillows I have bought that were "extra firm" and turned to mush in a few weeks. I am a side-sleeper and need a firm support. This pillow seems like it will keep its shape. It is also cooler, since it does not fold clise to the face.

I’ve had this a couple months and I think I’m loving it. Took some getting use it. Felt very stiff at the beginning and every night. But as you lay on it it molds to your head.

I’m a little disappointed in the pillows. They were to firm for me. They seem like they are good quality but not soft enough. I’m letting someone else take them.

This pillow helps keep my head up at night. I tend to have trouble breathing with my head laying flat, but this pillow helps a lot. Because it's initially very firm, I can get comfortable without choking on literal air. It's memory foam, so you're head will sink into it - however - the second you raise your head it starts to go back to being firm and thick. It's naturally colder than most pillows which helps a lot with a heater blowing on you all night. This is the only pillow I need to sleep now! Great for the price, and am very happy with this product!

Very hard, stiff pillow. Not good. Not able to return because it will not fit in the package it was air locked into..

This pillow is amazing, especially for the price. It does contour to however you lay on it and I love that, that means it really does help with neck and shoulder pain. It’s so soft and the rebound is slow, it’s the best pillow I’ve gotten off Amazon so far!

The reviews saying it is hard are not RC averaging at all. It is way beyond “firm”. It is literally like laying your head on the arm of the couch. It is not function as a pillow for sleeping but would be a good booster seat. That’s how firm it is.
