Worls perfectly, easy install.
Working at a part store I knew that these things are pricey so I never looked them up. Well after looking this up and seen the price I was very skeptical considering there a small fraction of the price they are in part stores. Thwy work perfect. No more ramdom sticks holdong my hood open!

10 minute job
Fit my 2002 Mercury Mountaineer engine hood perfectly. You have to release the little locking clamp on each end in order to remove the old ones, but the new one will just snap on the ball joint with no fussing with the clamp.
