I first tested my own tap water and the bottled spring water I had been drinking before using this pitcher. My tap water was very faint blue but alkaline. The bottled spring water I had been drinking was bright yellow - ACIDIC - which made so much sense with my acid reflux after drinking it as well as joint pain, dehydration and a feeling of being poisoned. I tested my tap water after going through this pitcher. Result: Very blue alkaline water! It tastes super smooth, has no smell (as my tap water is highly chlorinated). I am so incredibly happy with this pitcher and am even more happy to drink water now!

The EHM filtered water tastes so much better than our tap water! Even bottled water doesn't measure up to the EHM water filter!! I would definitely recommend this product.

The pitcher is simple to use-easy to clean and refill. The water tastes great as well.

Have had a Countertop Kangan Alkaline Water unit for over 8 years. Loved the water but recently replaced my faucets and did not want to ruin the beauty of it by attaching the bulky unit to it. Read up on the EHM pitcher and decided to give it a try. Super Easy to use, GREAT tasting water & looks nice on counter. I find myself filling it at least twice a day cuz the water is that GREAT!! Would highly recommend this item.

I am using alkaline water as part remedy for acidic system. Since it has been only a few weeks, haven't noticed anything yet.The water tastes fine but am a bit disappointed that it has a bit of a murky mouth feel-not clear and bright.

I tested the water (used tap water), to make sure it was alkaline and it was! I tested it after a month and it was still alkaline. It was pretty easy to put together (no tools needed).I feel so much better ever since I switched from a regular water filter to this alkaline filter.Plus you're able to track your water intake because it's a gallon pitcher.

I've had this for 2 years and have not had any issues with the pitcher or the refills. Our tap water taste like garbage and it definitely helps alter the taste as well. The lid is loose and the pitcher itself doesn't hold a lot of water so it needs to be refilled often.

I tested this on tap water and bottled water with testing strips and the alkaline level did not change. I assume I had a faulty filter, but you shouldn't have to test filters with testing strips. The quality control should be good enough that if you use the product, you know you are getting a more alkaline water source.

I decided to purchase this EHM water pitcher. I absolutely love it! The water is great tasting and I am encouraged to drink more water. It’s easy and convenient. Bonus the pitcher has a great design and fits perfectly in my refrigerator. Highly recommended.

I left the jug in the fridge for a week and came home from vacation to find this sludge in the bottom of the jug!!! I’ve been drinking this??? This company should be charged for telling people it’s good for you

It makes great tasting low acidic water. Not simple to use like a brita - solution in filter that purifies cakes up regularly (stops water flow) and you have to detach and shake the crystalized sand so that water can flow.

I received my pitcher yesterday and I love it! Very easy to use. I can really tell the difference. No smell in the filtered water and I can really taste the difference. Customer service was amazing. They responded to my questions immediately. I’m going to purchase another 2 for my kids.
