Just as pictured. Fits well and looks good.
These fit as described and look just like the picture. They are made well and stay on well. I haven't had any issues with them. I wash mine inside out and the pee stains come out easily. I recommend these.

the PERFECT solution for a new problem...
Our 16 year old, baby boy Malti-mix senior was starting to have incontinence issues and began to have daily accidents inside the house (sometimes twice daily) and my Husband and I were worn out cleaning the carpets and floors! I thought I could re-potty train him, but no luck and I started feeling bad :(After doing research, I saw that there were LOTS of options out there for "belly band" diapers for male dogs. (I panicked and I even briefly considered a full coverage "female" style but changed my mind--now I know that male style IS best!) I took a chance on these based on reviews, a fast delivery option and super cute designs...I figured if he had to wear them, they should be cute too right? LOLI paid extra for same day delivery (thanks Amazon!) and not a minute too soon! Hooray!!! The quality is fantastic and I'm impressed with design, material and overall quality. They fit him very well...I bought MED size, he weighs 17 lbs, and it fits snuggly around his belly with wide velcro, but not too tight (use 2 fingers all around to make sure) It holds his little pee-pee so if he goes while standing around the house, it catches it and NO puddles anymore and the outside of it stays dry! NOTE: I also bought the Amazon Brand Night Time Maxi-Pads, size 4 to place INSIDE the diaper as well....just cut them in half and they work great! Toss the pad when used, replace with a new, dry one and replace belly band. BTW, it feels very heavy when wet...then, I hand wash in a bucket with a little laundry soap to avoid doing a load with JUST that in it. Rinse, air dry and done! Now, I take him outside...remove it...let him go potty (replace pad if wet) then put it back on before going back inside. It took a few days for him to get used to wearing it all day, but now he's ok with it. No problems/noise when he wanders about the house or when he sleeps in his bed. Overall, no complaints about this item...and I REALLY appreciate how easy this was on this Dog-Mom, with a GREAT product in the midst of what could have been an ongoing bad situation. This belly band diaper for our baby boy has made us all much happier! :) Dog Parents, BUY THIS if this is happening to you too, it'll give you SO much (instant!) peace of mind! *thumbs up*KCJ Nashville, TN

Don't Know Why, But They Work
I have a six month old Havanese and a four month old Havanese mix. When I brought them home, they were more-or-less paper-trained and it was cold and wet outside, so I wasn't aggressive in my housebreaking. Instead of getting better with their compliance and aim, however, they started viewing the upstairs carpeting as a form of peepad, and spot-cleaning was becoming a fulltime job.We ordered six packs of these doggy diapers, installed a doggy door to the back patio, and barricaded the stairs. When we come downstairs in the morning, we take them outside, and then allow free access to the backyard all day. They are free to roam the downstairs (wood floors) diaper-free when we are home. They get diapered when they are home alone. After our late night walk, both dogs get belly-banded and they are allowed upstairs for the night. The first two mornings of this routine, both diapers were soaked. Nowadays (3 weeks later), they are usually dry or have evidence of a very slight wetness or odor. They have completely stopped peeing downstairs, and are pooping outside 99% of the time as well. Last night, the youngest dog refused the diaper and indicated his need to go outside one last time. When he came back in, he willingly assumed the pose for diapering. They don't seem to feel any discomfort at all, and they look adorable! They are both wearing medium, which fits the 12 pounder perfectly and fits the 8 pounder with a lot of overlap. No diaper has ever come undone, but both dogs have slipped out somehow on two occasions early on. I'm not using any pad lining and have had no problem with leaks. They wash and dry like a dream, and the price is more than fair for such excellent quality. I'm receiving no reimbursement for this absolutely true review.

Good quality. M is too small for our Shih-Tzu.
These are really pretty and sturdy. I measured my elderly Shih Tzu's belly (20 inches after eating) and ordered these wraps in Size M (16 to 20 inches), thinking there would be plenty of overlap. I've ordered the Large in another brand and the overlap went too far (no grip) so I got M. The wraps are way too small for my dog (I could BARELY get the Velcro to overlap). I thought they had sent the wrong size, but it says M on the inside. I should have gone up to a Large.Otherwise, these are super well-made and the velcro is REALLY strong, which is perfect as long as none of it is exposed while wearing. But because most of the Velcro was exposed while wearing, the belly band sticks to carpeting and the dog can lay on is back and wriggle out of it. The exposed Velcro also picks up every bit of lint and hair from the carpet and dog beds. Since I've already tried them on him and he's tinkled in them, I assume I can't return them for a larger size (I did machine wash them and they came out like new except for the carpet fuzz stuck to the Velcro). The dog's tail stuck really hard to the exposed Velcro as well, and I had to yank hard to get it off of him, pulling his hairs little by little to get it off (so thankfully I didn't have to cut off his fluffy tail hairs). The Velcro needs to be strong for a product of this nature, but should not show at all while in use.Again, I think this is an attractive, well-constructed product, but I think it would be better to order the next size up so that NONE of the Velcro is exposed while wearing. I would order these again because they're such high quality - hopefully the size Large won't be too big for our wriggly, incontinent old man.

it works!
My floors and carpet absolutely love the belly bands. No more little surprises in the morning. My dog doesn't seem to feel it when its on. I do put a pad to absorb most of the pee (learnt from another Amazon customer) which does increase the life span of the bands.

Keeps the liquid off the floor
Just what is needed for the 'dripping' dog, plus fancy enough so he still feels manly ;-)
