I've used this product on-and-off for a few years now. When I do take them, the appetite suppressant effect is very noticeable. I don't normally think of myself as lacking willpower, but this helps to reduce cravings for snacks, which helps to keep my daily calorie count in check.I have best results when I take two capsules with 8oz of water immediately after waking up in the morning, then waiting 30 minutes before eating anything. (female, age 48 writing).Absolutely never thought I'd write a review for this stuff but here I am. I literally logged on to write a positive review & while I was on decided to buy more. The facts? This stuff actually works. I was always slim & fit but aging & a rare neuroendocrine disorder altered my metabolism significantly. In fact most people with the type of illness I have are known for their marked roundness in mid-section. This whole matter was making me feel nervous about future, not so good about myself & cramping the easy way I used to live in my body. I don't recall how I learned about this product I think it was one of those online articles that trick you into learning about the product & tell you that you MUST take it a certain way WITH another product. I didn't feel comfortable with that but figured I would at least try this one.I am shocked to say that I genuinely have lost weight. It does indeed slowly start the pounds coming off and has continued to help. I started with the 3 pill protocol but for ease I do 2 pills in morning and 2 pills in afternoon. There have been no side effects for me. No caffeine jumpiness or anything. I do not even know that I take it although my friend reports digestive changes. I actually feel quite good on them, even better than I was prior so Im also writing my review to let others with disorders know that at least for me it has been 100% good. That said, you can try it on your own or check with your doctor first if you wish. Thats really a person choice.Please note that I rarely drink alcohol, I tend to avoid sugar and do naturally drink a lot of water something I increased as I started this product because I started it coinciding with Summer. Other than that, no changes in diet & I have not been exercising. Weight loss is part common sense - part learning your own body. Keep busy, rest when you need, get proper sleep, try to avoid or minimize crappy high fat high sugar foods and keep active. Also pay attention to stress. Stress has a huge impact on weight gain & it is not about food intake but about certain hormones increasing during stress. But whatever is in this stuff absolutely has helped me because outside of drinking more water I did nothing different.

I do think this company provides a good product!! As for me, it didn't do much. In the first few days, I did notice that it does block my appetite and cravings. I am a very active person who is on her feet all day, and goes to extreme boot camp classes 5x a week ( burn 1000 calories or more per class). Also, I am a vegetarian and love my fresh fruits and veggies. Maybe that's why the product did not work for me. I am already very active and eat good. One bottel might be not enough to show some results, and if you did your research, it says GC works fully after about 3 months. I did want to continue, and get at least 2 more bottles of this product, but can not afford it at the time. I hope, I will be able to give it another try and this time with the full 3 months dosage and resulfts. My goal is to lose 25-30 lbs! I gave it a 3 star - i know, this company provides a legit, great and pure product, but for an already very active person who eats moderately good, one bottle doesnt do much. I will update whenever I am able to afford a whole round of tree months!
