Good citric acid
Basically I use this citric acid powder to clean my pans and kettle from deposits. It works great every single time. And so easy to clean - just add a tablespoon of citric acid powder in kettle with full of water and boil for a few minutes. Done.The same with stainless steel pans. Especially if you boil eggs so often. Mineral deposits cover the bottom very quickly. You can use just half of lemon or citric acid powder to clean it fast.
