I will preface this review by saying I an disappointed in Eckokind brand, I have ordered numerous items from them with consistent results that are premium quality. The 50 count cow ears did not live up to those standards.Packaging is shown to be a resealable bag to keep product fresh. What I receieved was a box of loose ears... when I first opened the box I saw several large jumbo ears, I was excited! I pawed through the box only to find there were four or five of those jumbo ears laying on top, the rest were small, not even half the size of those jumbo ears! You can see from my photos one of the jumbo ear is bigger than even two of the smaller ones! I did measure the jumbo ears I receieved and they averaged 8 to 10 inches. I also measured the smaller ears and you can see from the photos they barely make 4 to 5 inches. The description on this listing states an average of 8 inches! Saying I am disappointed is an understatement.I also noticed the ones in the description are not see through, but all of the ears I receieved are so thin you can see through them. Maybe this is part of their drying/curing process, but when the listing states premium, jumbo, thick ears I was expecting...well more than what I receieved for sure! I will keep hunting for a brand of treats that lives up to their description.

I like this company having dealt with them in the past. There are good people there. But I can't overrate these treats. The claim is they average 8 inches, but as you can see from the picture most of them are about half that. Upon receipt, I gave each of my two dogs a treat not paying attention to the sizes. Then I started looking at them and saw how small they were. The ruler in my picture is 6 inches long. Two or three of the ears were 8 inches, a couple were 6 inches and the majority were 4-ish inches. This is unacceptable because these treats are expensive and I chose them because they were supposed to average 8 inches. That should mean some are 8 inches and a few are less and a few are more. This is not what I received.Both of my dogs love to chew them.

I have bought these several times for my dog and she loved them, even referred a friend. However the last 2 orders I have received, the ears still have hair on them, not just a little but in some areas thick hair. I returned one order to have it replaced by another order that was the same quality, it looked as it was returned from another customer and shipped back out to me. Cancelling my subscription and will find product elsewhere. 5/11/20. I was contacted by the company who apologized for the product. Sent me a replacement product, a very nice note and Himalayan Dog Chews for my dog. The product is at the high quality I had been use too, my dog loves them. We tried other brands but she just didn't care for them. Thank you so much EcoKind, for you great customer service and product.

I ordered cow ears many times before from different sellers but this time was the worst, they look very black and disgusting feel like plastic and totally different looking than the photo displayed by the seller. I wasn’t sure if they were safe for my dogs to eat but I thought I would let them try but it was a fail, both my dogs refused to eat them although they always loved cow ears I bought before from other sellers. Unfortunately These disgusting treats are going back

My mother insisted on throwing the bag away after one of the dogs nearly choked on one of them. The other dog was able to chew threw them, but the other one, who is a Husky... Well, it was pretty scary there for a bit. I regularly give them bones, trachea, bird feet, ears, etc. And have never had that happen before. Though of course when my mother saw what I had bought, the very first thing she said was, "this looks like it could choke them, or cut their lips". Than it actually happens! Yay, I get to relive that over and over and over. lol

My dog loves these, which is amazing because he bores easily with his toys, including stuff like this! I think he loves hearing the big crunch when he chews them, & they last longer than most stuff like this (he chews thru his toys very quickly!!!). Whatever the reason, he loves them. We're on our 2nd bag. I also love that I received them within just a couple days of ordering too. Great product from a great seller! Highly recommend!

The large and small pups loved these ears. Yes, the ears gave all the pups a long lasting chew.Problem is these are NOT THICK. They are thin, maybe 1mm thick each and the width of a woman’s hand wide. Looking at them, they give the impression they were sliced that way.Will I buy again? Possibly and only because there are so Amy in the packaging. I can get big ass, real cow ears for $1.99 each. So, it depends on what one is looking for.

My dogs love these, they are very large dogs and it takes them awhile to devour them..What I like about them is they dont shard when their being chewed, hence no choking or gagging.. I will buy again..
