Love the flavor and texture my favorite snack with a beer

I am a Korean and have tried various kind of dried pollack.I usually cook them in a traditional soup or cook as a side dish with seasonings, since most of dried pollock still have some chewy feeling and sometimes not too surprising small bones (I understand them).However, this one was different.It was almost like a freeze dried fruit feeling when it compared other as just dried fruit, which means this is more airy and soft dryness.So today I felt like try it as it is without any prep of cooking or soaking etc.Wow.This is it ! This was quite good even for my sensitive GI (except I ate little too much, so I needed to drink quite water).I usually don't write reviews, specially for foods.But this made me to write a review cause I am afraid of this excellent food being removed from the amazon, then I can't get anymore.If you are familiar with dried pollak and looking for a good one, try this, it will not disappoint you, so far this is the best ever I tried.

The quantity is too small compared to the price. The taste was okay, but it was so expensive that I don't think I'll buy it next time.

Super dry. Beyond dry and disgusting. Your eating dry tasteless roof shines. No flavor. Threw it right in the trash.

I was craving dried seafood type snack that I can easily just grab and eat at times, so this was great.

I must not have read the description properly. I bought 2 different brands of dried squid. The other was awesome. This was like eating fishy cardboard. I'm thinking I made an error because my cats and dogs love it, not the human.
