I really like this Lusexy manual bulb. It's silicone nozzle fits tightly (another reviewer said water was left in the threads of the screw on nozzle when filling it and could have bacteria and could come out, but it should be clean water and wipe it with toilet paper when filling if worried - you should clean it after every use anyway).I trust the backflow preventer since you can hear the air valve at the bottom pulling air in on the second quirt (this one is the large capacity) and locking when squeezing.When done, I use soap in my sink to clean the bulb and nozzle while it is still screwed together. Then use a cheap bottle of isopropyl alcohol to swish inside the bulb, reattach the nozzle, quirt out the holes and leave apart to air dry. Less than a minute to tidy up. To feel clean is worth it!The tip is flexible but water based lubricant works for insertion. I like the flexibility to prevent any possible internal damage. I also use toilet seat to help since you are sitting forward and hunch over. Once inserted, partially lean over, stand up and begin. Make sure the bulb is bottom up to prevent air in the bulb and any air from the second squirt from going inside (this part is also why I also like the flexible tip since you can tilt the bulb and bend over). Sit for a bit on the toilet to make sure all water has drained.

I like the nozzle part but the bulbs thickness makes it hard to squeeze.

Overall product quality seemed great, but I can't seem to actually get any water to dispense from the nozzle? followed the directions and I've used other douches before, not sure what's going wrong? the base of the nozzle seems to be entirely sealed by a white plastic piece that has no openings that i can see and doesn't come out from cursory attempts. Would love to give this product a good rating as it's exactly the type I was looking for but without being able to actually use it, I'm afraid a one-star is all I can offer.Edit: Following a product exchange for a new one, just to be sure, the replacement worked as expected! slight leakage from the nozzle connection, but nothing a towel can't handle! Thankfully just received a lemon at first! Replacement item was delivered promptly!

This thing is so thoughtfully-designed and well-made.Very easy to grip when squeezing, water stream in four directions for fast discharge. The tip is well-designed with four tiny “fins” that make insertion much easier with less friction (I would still recommend using lubricant). Pretty generous volume of water, unlike the drugstore enemas that are only about four ounces.Faster set-up and clean-up than the old traditional-style models, and even looks kinda cool :)Recommended.

Super flexible, not rough, very comfortable but the flow slows after a few seconds, could be the bulb design or the opening to the nozzle needs to be wider. You will Definitely have to stop when the bulb is half empty and refill to the top so you can get more water and more pressure.

I tried one of those electric ones first and it broke but this hose nose really worked out! The bulb and tip are sturdy and work great for cleaning those hard to reach areas. My cobwebs stood no chance against the multi-squirt functionality. A few rounds with this fine instrument and you're squeaky clean.

So I absolutely love the product and design. it works as stated in the description however the tube is so flexible it’s hard to insert with out bending up against a hole that’s not easily opened. It’s very easy to clean and overall I’m satisfied it gets the job done well. I was also worried the suction would pull my walls in and cause pain but no EASY IN AND EASY OUT. Worth the money !!
