Nice chair
Nice chair. Very comfortable. Would be nice if it had a bit more adjustment but overall very happy with it.

Sturdy & supportive drafting chair. It's worth it.
PROS: Seat comfort, Build and materials quality, Value, Useable foot restCONS: Arms do not fold back, Seat height may be too high for some, Height adjustment is tricky when seatedDelivery 4.5 stars - The chair arrived in 2 days as promised. Packaging was ok; No damage, but the long strip of tape across the top was partially open (likely due to shipping and not intentional). The plastic security strip around the box held it together, which was a big plus considering the weight of the package (over 40 lbs). All parts arrived individually wrapped and in great shape.Assembly 4.5 stars - The instructions are straight forward. If you're used to Allen wrench furniture assembly, then putting this chair together will be familiar.Having an extra set of hands to hold pieces togther while you secure things can be a plus. The pieces are big and bulky. Would also recommend attaching the seat to the arms/back before adding the under seat height adjusment. The lever can block one of the holes on the seat bottom. Still doable to assemble the chair per the instructions. Just takes some patience.Comfort 4.5 stars - Initial impressions (day one)Good seat padding. The lumbar support is also good, but not adjustable. The quality of the foot rest is a welcomed surprise; Solid and very usable. No wobble! The arm rests are ok; 5 positions... the lowest setting could be lower for my tastes. It would also be nice if you could fold them completely out of the way... but I'm being overly picky. This is a great chair for the price.Materials 5 stars - Purchasing a decent drafting chair at this price point was not easy. I read close to 100 reviews. I even purchased another chair, but returned it the same day. It arrived in damaged packaging, without instructions...and the parts seemed chintzy. This chair is about 40 lbs assembled, constructed mostly of heavy plastic with some metal and leather. Looks nice. Feels solid.

Holds up!
I have had this chair for a couple of years now and I am still very satisfied with it. When covid happened, I started working from home and needed a good chair to sit at my desk. I wanted a chair that was higher, that would give me the option to stand up and use my desk as a standing desk (ahem, which I rarely do, but was convinced I was going to do that daily at the time) as well as sitting down and this chair was one of the highest chairs that would also lower down to a lower, regular size. This chair is solidly made, is pretty comfortable and does the job. I also put black socks over the arms, because it makes them more cushy as well as I want to protect the vinyl. Plus, it looks kind of cool too.

Seat cushion doesn't last very long
I weight 130 pounds, and the cushion is already flat as if it was constantly under 500 pounds pressure. Bought in january 2020, its now august 2020. Not even a full year.I was satisfied with the purchase when it was new, but 8 months of use of someone my weight is not abuse and it should last longer.

Comfortable and Easy to Assemble
I just finished putting this chair together by myself. I am 5'2, in my 30s and have chronic pain. I put it together in under 40 minutes. I would recommend, if putting it together by yourself, have something to sit the seat/back against like a table because it is difficult otherwise when you are connecting the two larger pieces due to the thickness of the seat and the extra support on the back. Am sitting in it now, and compared to my old chair this is soooo much better comfort-wise. When I tested how high it raises, I squealed in glee because I have a standing desk and this chair stands almost as high as the standing desk can stand. The back and seat are very comfortable -- I don't even need the back and butt cushions I had to buy to go with my old chair. The chair doesn't lean back, but I never lean back in office chairs because you almost always risk falling back. The arms do wobble a little but is likely because they can be raised and lowered so couldn't be tightened (duh). The (faux?) leather armrests are a nice touch and cushiony. The back is very supportive, more than any office chair I have ever sat in. It forces you to sit properly -- which is great because I have horrible natural posture and it causes a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. Only thing is that the foot rest will take some getting used to,, because I haven't had a drafting chair before but also because it isn't as stationary as a metal one. It doesn't feel cheap like it would easily break, though, and I'm a plus size woman so we will see. All in all, I am very happy with this purchase and excited to use it in my home office! Will update this review if I discover anything new -- good or bad -- as I use it.
